Role Outline
As an Occupational Health Advisor (Case Manager), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on people's lives every day. What you’ll be doing
You will manage a diverse range of cases focusing on managing sickness absence referrals by carrying out consultations and writing reports, with no two days the same. Your personal growth and professional development are a priority, and you will be guided and encouraged by our clinical trainers and your line manager to reach your full potential.
What we are looking for
- NMC registration, ideally part 3 with a postgraduate OH qualification
- Degree level education
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Location
You will be based at our client's site in Coventry, one day every two weeks, the remaining time you will be working from home.
Hours
We are happy to consider applications for full and part-time (min 3 days) working.
Salary
The salary banding for this role is £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (FTE).
