Key responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for site requests, directing or escalating as necessary and addressing issues as they arise.
- Take responsibility for the calibration and maintenance of occupational health equipment on-site, ensuring standards align with asset management procedures in collaboration with the Health Partner's team.
- Conduct weekly stock checks and replenish occupational health consumables and travel vaccines, while serving as the local liaison for health surveillance scheduling.
- Organise team training for clinical colleagues, coordinating instructors, venues, and materials in line with site availability, and support clinical colleagues with site-based events.
- Assist key stakeholders with basic data requests, such as DNAs, appointment schedules, and audits, as agreed with the Client Service Delivery Manager.
- Support the onboarding of new colleagues, direct walk-in enquiries to the central admin team, and respond to calls for site-based emergency response and first aid services.
What we are looking for:
- As a Site Coordinator, you will require a strong set of essential skills, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities, alongside proficiency in IT systems such as database management and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in customer service and an operational environment, combined with exceptional attention to detail, is vital.
- A solid understanding of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is also necessary.

Working hours: The position is full‑time (37.5 hours per week). The working hours are 7.15am to 4pm between Monday to Thursday, and 7.15am to 11.45am on Fridays.
