We are recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Health Partners. The role provides expert occupational health advice and support via case management, ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees at Heathrow Airport.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver evidence‑based case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and other occupational health advice.
- Produce professional, comprehensive, and insightful written reports to guide decision‑making.
- Offer specialist advice on legislative requirements and best practices in occupational health.
- Maintain NMC registration and continue professional development, adhering to guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (degree or diploma).
- Minimal 1 year of OH case management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and time‑management.
- Good IT literacy and understanding of data protection and confidentiality in OH.
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to work, understanding own competence and knowing when to seek support.
Salary
Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
