We offer hybrid work arrangements, with a minimum of one day per week on-site at JLR and the remaining days working from home. We can offer hybrid contracts on either a part-time or full-time basis, ranging from a minimum of 2 days / 15 hours per week to a maximum of 5 days / 37.5 hours per week, catering to your work-life preferences. Working hours must include a Tuesday or a Thursday to attend weekly team meetings.

JLR has begun introducing on-site Centres for Wellbeing (CfWs) at six UK sites. The goal is to minimise illness, injury and absence while restoring function after injury or illness. These services augment and work alongside the current OH referral process. • Create a personalised annual development plan crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions.

Qualifications:

  • BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.
  • Post-graduate diploma qualification in CBT.
  • Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions, ideally in primary care or workplace/Occupational Health settings.
