The Occupational Health Nurse is an integral part of the team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care that our clients receive. This role requires an ability to deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering advice and immunisation services in line with patient group directives and departmental protocols.
- Providing professional guidance to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assessing clients' fitness for work in accordance with organisational policies and client protocols, including issuing fitness certificates.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Conducting health surveillance in compliance with legislation and guidelines.
- Supporting on-site health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
- Adhering to NMC registration and professional standards.
- Staying updated on organisational and client procedures.
- Maintaining flexibility to meet service needs and adapting to professional requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Part 1 registered nurse with previous experience working within Occupational Health or good clinical knowledge and expertise for interpretation of health screening/surveillance results.
Location: This is an onsite role, based on our clients site in Weybridge.
Hours: This is a part time position, 15 hours per week, Thursdays & Fridays between the hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Salary: The salary banding for the role is £37,000 - £39,000 per annum (FTE).
