In this key role you provide day to day clinical support to our clients' employees and liaise with key customer personnel to ensure the delivery of a high quality Occupational Health Service.
What you'll be doing:
- You will be carrying out independent medical assessments via phone or in person, health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, and biological monitoring.
- The role includes providing travel health advice, supporting first aiders, and coordinating health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
- The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining clinical standards, and upholding professional conduct.
- Ensure all clinical rooms are maintained to the required standard and a log of equipment calibrations is maintained.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in Occupational Health is essential for this role coupled with case management and pre-placement questionnaires.
- You will have experience in health surveillance and safety critical assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required with ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
Location: You will be based at our clients' site near Uxbridge.
Hours: This position is for 2 days a week, with an additional 6 days per annum.
Salary: The salary banding is £37,000 to £43,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
