As an Occupational Health Advisor (Case Manager), you will make a meaningful impact on people's lives by managing a diverse range of cases focused on sickness absence referrals. You will conduct consultations, write reports, and work closely with clinical trainers and your line manager to support your professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of sickness‐absence referrals by conducting consultations and writing reports.

Qualifications

  • NMC registration, ideally part 3 with a postgraduate occupational health qualification
  • Degree level education
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Location

Based at the client's site in Coventry one day every two weeks; remaining time working from home.

Hours

Full‐time and part‐time (minimum 3 days) positions available.

Salary

£42,000 – £45,000 per annum (full‐time equivalent).
