Role OutlineManage a portfolio of key vacancies at all levels through the full recruitment cycle from approval stage, through to offer and start date and provide expert recruitment support and advice to line managers and the wider business.
What you’ll be doing:- Raise the profile of Health Partners as an employer of choice for prospective candidates at relevant industry and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and act as a specialist point of contact for sourcing, owning the candidate journey at all stages.
- Deliver a full 360 recruitment model and embed the organisations core values within the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and conducting briefing meetings to provide specialist advice and recommendations on best practice, routes to market, direct sourcing methodology and manage expectations and timescales.
- Proactively engage with both active and passive candidate markets, effectively networking across your sector to attract a diverse blend of talent.
- Create internal and external talent pools, maintain the ATS and ensure quality data integrity to enable accurate reporting.
Proven experience working as a 360 recruiter and ideally as an internal recruiter, ideally you would have worked in the healthcare space or similar industry.
LocationThis is a hybrid role, working in Uckfield 1-2 days a week.
HoursThis is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
SalaryWe are offering a competitive salary for this position.
