Your responsibilities include pre‑employment assessments, sickness and absence management, ill‑health retirement, disability and accident claims, pension trustee reviews and professional witness duties.
You will maintain accurate medical records using Health Partners’ internal systems and provide clinic services or case management advice at client premises.</p> <h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2> <ul> <li>Act as an Occupational Health Physician for private & public sector organisations nationwide, handling occupational health issues from pre‑employment through sickness and absence management to ill‑health retirement.</li> <li>Provide medical advice on disability to client insurance companies for long‑term disability and accident claims.</li> <li>Provide clinical advice as a Medical Advisor to Pension Trustees on fitness for entry into pension schemes and on claims for early ill‑health retirement, and review existing claims.</li> <li>Utilise Health Partners’ internal medical records database and diary system to ensure clinical procedures are fulfilled.</li> <li>Attend client premises to provide clinic services or case management advice.</li> <li>Provide a range of health surveillance services at Physician level and conduct reviews.</li> <li>Act as a professional witness for clients in judicial environments (e. g.
