What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out alcohol and drug testing using relevant paperwork and equipment, including alcohol testing; urine or oral fluid drug testing; onsite drug testing; or straight‑to‑lab drug testing following strict Chain of Custody procedures.
- Carry out alcohol and drug testing in accordance with Company and Network Rail standards.
- Attend various client sites to carry out scheduled and unscheduled testing.
- Ensure arrival on client site within a two‑hour timeframe when activated for a call‑out.
- Provide administration team weekly availability; call‑outs may be offered at short notice, requiring flexibility.
- Ensure collection of accurate information, completing protocols and other paperwork correctly.
- Support the Client Services Team on process improvements where applicable.
- Promote Hampton Knight in a positive way.
- Maintain a professional manner when speaking with clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience within the alcohol and drug industry is not essential as full training is provided.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Reimbursement for ongoing training and role‑related expenses such as stocktakes and postage drop‑offs.
- Appropriate expenses covered such as parking, mileage and postage, with a short turnaround for payment.

- Accrual of 33 days of annual leave per year (inclusive of public and statutory bank holidays) based on hours worked; length of service increases holidays.
