Are you a GMC-registered doctor with a Diploma in Occupational Medicine, ready to take your first step into a career in Occupational Health? Our Doctors in Development Programme offers a structured, supportive pathway to help you grow into a confident and capable Occupational Health Physician. This role is ideal for newly qualified DOccMed physicians who want to build clinical experience in a commercial OH setting, with mentorship and tailored training to guide your development.
Contract: permanent, full-time or part-time (whilst our preference is 4 days we are happy to consider applications from candidates who are looking for 3 days a week)

Location: fully remote, home-based role

Start Date: Wednesday 5th August 2026
Salary: £80,000 per annum (FTE)

What We’re Looking For:
- GMC-registered doctors with at least 3 years of post-foundation experience.
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
