As an Occupational Health Advisor (Remote Case Manager), you will manage a diverse range of cases, work from home, and provide occupational health advice. Experience in case management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong negotiation and motivational skills are essential. Must hold NMC Part 1 registration and a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma). Must have excellent written and communication skills, strong time management, IT literacy, and a solid understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and occupational health legislation.

Location: Remote, working from home in the UK only. Applicants must be able to legally work and reside in the UK and be available during UK working hours.

Hours: Full or part‑time (minimum 3 days per week).
