Health Partners is a leading provider of occupational health and wellbeing solutions in the UK. We partner with organisations across diverse industries to support the physical and mental health of employees.
Contract: permanent, full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week; 4 days preferred). Location: fully remote, home-based.
Salary: £80,000 per annum (FTE). Start date: 7 October 2026. Closing Date: 29 May. Interview dates: 9 and 12 June.
Programme details:
- Structured clinical training across progressive phases, gradually building towards a full Occupational Health Physician caseload
- Regular one-to-one mentorship from senior Occupational Health Physicians
- Formal educational sessions including lectures, case discussions, and reflective learning
- Continuous feedback and audit to support growth and clinical confidence
- Flexible progression based on performance and learning pace
- Support for CESR portfolio pathway
What we're looking for:
- GMC-registered doctors with at least 3 years of post-foundation experience
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed) or equivalent; diverse clinical backgrounds considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to personal development
- Desirable: post-graduation qualification in another medical specialty (e.g., MRCGP, MRCP, MRCS)
