Key Responsibilities

In this fast‑paced role, you will be the CEO’s ultimate gatekeeper, calendar master, and go‑to problem solver. You will manage a packed calendar, coordinate travel, prepare briefing materials, handle confidential information, and support the personal assistant when necessary. Additionally, you will support the wider senior leadership team by organising meetings, workshops, and key events, building strong relationships with internal teams, board members, and external partners.

What We Are Looking For

Hours

Full‑time position working 37.5 hours per week.

Location

Hybrid: working from our offices in Liverpool Street, London, 3 days a week.
