This is a fast-paced, hybrid clinical role, where you’ll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you’ll deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors, working both face-to-face and remotely. You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates.
Responsibilities
- Developing specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes.
- Conducting specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments).
- Designing and delivering impactful mental health workshops for our key clients.
- Being supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions.
What We Are Looking For
- A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings.
- A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions both face-to-face and remotely via video call.
- Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential.
- Candidates with experience of delivering neurodiversity assessments will be highly regarded.
- A commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition, and active contribution to the development of our services.
- Experience in designing and delivering mental health-related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
- A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals (CBT Therapists, Counsellors, and Psychologists), enthused by improving workplace health.

Salary
The salary range on offer for this role is between £53,000 to £60,000 pro-rata to days worked, depending on qualifications and experience.
