Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is seeking a CBT Therapist for a fast-paced hybrid role. You will deliver one-to-one CBT with adults, both face-to-face and remotely, while benefiting from regular supervision and a personalized development plan.
On-site days at Gaydon/Warwick and remote working form a flexible pattern. This role offers hybrid contracts (2–5 days) with weekly team meetings and opportunities to contribute to workplace wellbeing initiatives across JLR sites.
