We are looking for a visionary leader to manage and develop our on‑site GP services for a range of corporate clients. Reporting to the Head of Health, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and developing our primary care offering while ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and driving continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the delivery of high‑quality on‑site GP services for our corporate clients and spearhead the expansion of innovative primary care solutions.
  • This includes developing 24‑hour online GP services, establishing private GP centres in key population hubs, supporting underserved areas, creating specialised care for diverse populations, integrating online pharmacy services, expanding screening offerings, and developing a direct‑to‑consumer primary care model.
  • Focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and attracting top medical talent to shape a profitable, sustainable business unit that meets evolving client needs.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Forward‑thinking, entrepreneurial General Practitioner with a proven track record in managing and scaling healthcare operations.
  • Significant experience in primary care management or a similar leadership role, deep understanding of the UK healthcare system (corporate, private GP, NHS), demonstrated ability to develop and expand services or business units, strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Inspiring leader who excels at motivating high‑performing teams, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining a commitment to clinical excellence and patient‑centred care.

Location: London with regional travel as required.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: Competitive salary for this position.
