Role Outline

As our team of dedicated clinicians continues to grow throughout 2026, we are hiring for passionate and patient-centred Clinical and Counselling Psychologists to join our Psych Health service. In line with our dynamic growth, we offer a flexible approach to employment. This remote position is available Monday to Friday on a part-time or full-time basis, ranging from a minimum of 2 days / 15 hours per week to a maximum of 5 days / 37.5 hours per week, catering to your work-life preferences. Working hours must include a Tuesday or a Thursday to attend weekly team meetings.

This is a fast-paced clinical role, where you’ll have variety in your caseload and be treated as a valued member of the team. On a weekly basis, you’ll deliver exceptional one-to-one psychological triage, assessment and brief, goal-oriented treatment to a caseload of adult patients who are motivated to get well and presenting with varied clinical presentations and contextual factors.

You’ll also benefit from fortnightly individual clinical supervision and weekly team meetings, which rotate between specially in-house curated CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self-care practices, and team business updates. Your role will involve a broad spectrum of clinical responsibilities, promising a dynamic and fulfilling work experience. In addition to the core clinical focus of the role, you will also have the opportunity from time to time to get involved with other exciting elements, such as:

  • Developing specialist capabilities in workplace-focused psychological therapy, along with the creation and facilitation of related training programmes.
  • Conducting specialist assessments for our clients (e.g. fitness for work; vulnerable role assessments, neurodiversity assessments, and cognitive assessments).
  • Designing and delivering impactful mental health workshops for our key clients.
  • Being supported to create a personalised annual development plan, crafted to realise your long-term professional ambitions.

What we are looking for:

  • A HCPC-registered Clinical / Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience, preferably in Primary Care or occupational health settings.
  • A solid background in delivering a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions remotely via video call.
  • Experience working with a diverse demographic, encompassing adults, is essential.
  • Additional experience working with children, young people and families is desirable, but not essential.
  • A commitment to personal growth, skill acquisition, and active contribution to the development of our services.
  • A team-oriented individual who is eager to join and enhance our large and expanding collective of psychology professionals.

Education & Qualifications

  • Doctorate / PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology

Salary

We are offering a salary range between £53,000 - £60,000 FTE (Pro Rata to days worked), dependent on experience and qualifications.
