As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work from home in the UK, managing a diverse range of cases over the phone and delivering expert assessments and tailored solutions to support employees’ physical and mental health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote employee health and wellbeing using specialist clinical skills to deliver expert assessments and tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Conduct case management over the phone, producing high-quality, evidence-based advice reports.
  • Carry out pre-placement medicals.
  • Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to less experienced team members.
  • Provide expert occupational health case management for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work and other occupational health advice requests.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • NMC Part 1 registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma).
  • Experience in case management and providing occupational health advice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, negotiation and motivational skills.

Location and Working Hours

Home-based in the UK only. This part-time role is 18.75 hours per week, available during UK working hours.
