At Health Partners, we pride ourselves on being one of the UK's leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions. We partner with organisations across diverse industries, helping them to support the physical and mental health of their employees.

Health Partners is currently seeking a skilled End User Computing (EUC) Technician to join our IT Operations team. This is a home-based role within the UK, offering the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to the smooth and secure operation of our end-user technology environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and advancing our end-user device infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of supporting systems, and safeguarding our data security.

We are looking for someone who is highly diligent, collaborative, and passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and solutions. If you are a motivated team player with the skills and experience outlined below, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing technical escalation support within the IT Operations team for EUC-related issues.
  • Managing the EUC estate, ensuring that operating systems and applications are up-to-date, patched, licensed, and secure.
  • Addressing security vulnerabilities within agreed priority timeframes.
  • Administering and maintaining the Microsoft Intune environment, including packaging software for deployment and managing AutoPilot for device provisioning.
  • Maintaining accurate software and hardware asset catalogues for EUC.
  • Developing and overseeing the EUC hardware roadmap, including planning for updates and lifecycle replacements.
  • Ensuring all system changes comply with the IT Change Management process.
  • Supporting the introduction of new technology applications, ensuring standardisation and best practice during service transitions.
  • Maintaining a database of IT security and controls evidence for audit purposes.
  • Collaborating with external providers to resolve technical issues when required.
  • Creating and updating training manuals and procedures for end users.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance security, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Developing automation scripts and processes to streamline operational tasks.
  • Managing and scheduling regular EUC maintenance tasks (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Leading incident root cause analysis and problem resolution for EUC issues.
  • Working closely with the IT Service Desk team to identify training opportunities, reduce technical escalations, and alleviate end-user support demands on IT Operations teams.
  • Acting within the boundaries of the company's policies to ensure sensitive personal information is protected as required by law, regulatory bodies, ethics, and best practice.
  • Acting in alignment with the company's C.O.R.E values: Care, One Team, Relationships, and Excellence.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a diligent and motivated professional with a strong background in end-user computing to join our IT Operations team. You will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven ability to manage and maintain end-user computing technologies effectively. A solid understanding of modern EUC infrastructure concepts, protocols, and best practices is essential, as is the confidence to manage technical environments and resolve complex challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, 365, SharePoint, and Intune, with hands-on experience in administering and maintaining these platforms. You will also possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively within a team while working independently when required. Familiarity with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials controls, experience in corporate environments with robust data security requirements (e.g., healthcare, banking, or defence), and ITIL qualifications or relevant Microsoft certifications would be highly desirable.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional technical support, thrive in dynamic environments, and are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation.
