We are looking for an experienced Consultant Occupational Health Physician (OHP) to play a key role in delivering expert medical advice and guidance to our clients. You will support employee health and wellbeing across a diverse range of organisations, working remotely to provide case management, consultations, and collaborative engagement with employers and healthcare professionals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct occupational health assessments and provide evidence‑based advice to employers and employees.
- Manage health cases, including fitness for work, workplace adjustments, and return‑to‑work planning.
- Deliver telephone and video consultations that combine clinical clarity with empathetic support.
- Produce clear, concise, and professional reports outlining medical opinions and actionable recommendations.
- Liaise with employers, HR teams, and other healthcare professionals to support employee wellbeing and organisational health goals.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Occupational Health Physician (MFOM/FFOM).
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in occupational health, including case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
