Psych Health, part of the Health Partners group, is a leading provider of psychological services to the workplace sector. Established in 2008, we are clinically led and focus on high‐quality psychological assessment and therapy across a diverse range of sectors.

We are offering a hybrid clinical role for a CBT Therapist on a part‐time or full‐time basis, with a minimum of one day per week on site at JLR's client locations (Gaydon or Warwick). Working hours must include a Tuesday or a Thursday for weekly team meetings.

Role Outline
  • Deliver exceptional one‐to‐one, brief, goal‐oriented cognitive behavioural therapy to a caseload of adult patients referred via occupational health, on‐site GPs, private insurers or income protection insurers.
  • Provide a mix of face‐to‐face and online therapy, supervise a fortnightly individual clinical supervision session, and attend weekly team meetings that include CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, self‐care practices, and business updates.
What We Are Looking For
  • BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.
  • Holder of a post‐graduate diploma qualification in CBT.
  • Experience in a similar role, providing high intensity CBT interventions, ideally in primary care or workplace/Occupational Health settings.
  • Willingness to develop new skills and work in varied contexts.
  • Experience delivering a mix of online and face‐to‐face therapy.
  • Team‐oriented, eager to join and enhance a large collective of psychological professionals.
  • Experienced working with adults (essential) with broad clinical experience.
  • Experience with children, young people and families is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience designing and delivering mental health‐related training sessions or workshops is highly desirable.
  • EMDR training is desirable.
Education & Qualifications
  • Masters Degree or Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Salary

£38,000 to £47,000 per annum (FTE) pro‐rata to days worked, depending on qualifications and experience.
