This is a fantastic opportunity for HCAs with a background in complex care to work in a rewarding and flexible locum role, making a real difference in the lives of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care to individuals with complex physical and mental health needs.

Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility, and feeding.

Support patients with conditions such as neurological disorders, tracheostomies, PEG feeding, or long-term disabilities.

Accurately record observations and report any changes in health to senior staff.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Healthcare Assistant.

Proven experience in complex care settings (hospital, community, or home-based).

Up-to-date mandatory training and a valid DBS (or willingness to apply).

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
