Health Now Complex Care is looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Grimsby for weekend shifts. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled support worker who is confident providing person-centred care to individuals with complex clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care
- Support with complex clinical and personal care needs
- Carry out PEG, tracheostomy and cough assist procedures safely and confidently
- Monitor wellbeing and report any changes or concerns
- Follow care plans, risk assessments and support guidelines
- Promote dignity, independence and choice
- Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
- Work effectively with families, healthcare professionals and the wider care team
- Maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment
