Health Now Complex Care is looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Grimsby for weekend shifts. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled support worker who is confident providing person-centred care to individuals with complex clinical needs.

Essential Experience

  • PEG care and management
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Cough Assist
  • Supporting individuals with complex care needs
  • Following individualised care plans and clinical guidance
  • Recognising and escalating changes in an individual's condition

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care
  • Support with complex clinical and personal care needs
  • Carry out PEG, tracheostomy and cough assist procedures safely and confidently
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any changes or concerns
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments and support guidelines
  • Promote dignity, independence and choice
  • Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
  • Work effectively with families, healthcare professionals and the wider care team
  • Maintain a safe, respectful and supportive environment
