Role and Facility Information
There is a IMMEDIATE opportunity for a family physician to join The Medical Clinic due to physician RETIREMENT effective December 15, 2025. The clinic is on Scott Road and 90th avenue, on the Delta/Surrey border, 25 km from Vancouver International Airport). Currently, the retiring physician is only working part time until his retirement. The split will be a competitive 80:20.
Opportunity
This is an excellent position for a new physician building their practice (simply take over the care of the retiring physician\’s patients) and also for an established physician looking for a new space (as there is no obligation to accept the retiree\’s patients). In the first situation, it is urged to contact us promptly as the patients have been notified to find a new family physician.
Summary
The office is set up to accommodate a variety of physician practice styles, interests and scheduling. As you read below, the clinic is large, well staffed with experienced medical office assistants and supportive physicians and free from corporate interference and obligations. The EMR is an independent version of OSCAR with the patient data owned by the physicians. Office set up and location:
Large 1700 square foot physician designed clinic with emphasis on work‑flow efficiency, safety and privacy. Six fully equipped 10\’ x 10\’ exam rooms plus 2 physician offices, public and private washrooms, large waiting room, staff room and free ample parking.
The office has been at this location since 2012 (with the practice first established in the 1980\’s nearby). The clinic uses an independent (non Well Health) OSCAR EMR supported by Mpeer Networks and patients have the option of booking their appointments on‑line. The patient data is owned and remains wholly controlled by the physicians. The office is owned and managed by the working physician without any business or corporate interference. Nordel Way and access to Highway 91 is close so commuting to nearby areas is easy,
Support
You will have two experienced physicians (in practice for decades) and three medical office assistants to support your practice. Currently the office is open Monday to Friday, 9‑5. The remaining two physicians are not accepting new patients. One physician is present in the office 9‑12 and then works from home, while the other physician is present 9‑5 in the office. As mentioned earlier, we can discuss and accommodate other schedules, including evening and weekends, and work loads (full time and part time).

The retiring male physician has a large panel (1600): 50.4 % male, 49.6 % female, the largest group is females ages 35‑44, with the top prevalent diseases being acute upper and lower respiratory tract infections, low back pain, dermatitis , acute sprains, contusions, hypothyroid, respiratory signs and symptoms, ischemic heart disease , and lipidemia. The physician billed over $480,000 in fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
