As a Full Stack Developer, you will work full-time in a highly autonomous and dynamic environment. You will spend your time fixing bugs, modernising and improving our code base, and developing new features. This job is an exciting opportunity for you to introduce more modern practices and significantly shape our technical evolution. Reporting directly to our two co-founders-one of whom also serves as CTO-you will play a key role in projects such as integrating AI into our processes. While most of your work will be done remotely, the team are all London based and there will be opportunities for team gatherings. Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential as you help drive our projects forward., * Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in our existing code base.

  • Code Base Modernisation: Update and enhance our systems to ensure they remain robust, secure, and efficient.

  • New Feature Development: Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities for our UK and US directories.

  • AI Integration: Contribute to projects involving the setup and integration of AI into our processes.

  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, including non-technical staff, to explain technical processes and mechanisms.

  • Task Prioritisation: Manage your workload autonomously, ensuring critical tasks are prioritised and deadlines met.

  • Communication: Clarity in communicating technical concepts to non-technical team members.

  • Reliability & Conscientiousness: A dependable, detail-oriented approach to work.
