The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

The post holder will work alongside the Maternity Quality and Safety teams to support quality improvement in response to incidents (both locally and nationally), forging a process of rapid and concise change should it be required. They will work as an integral part of the team when it comes to the formulation, finalisation and closing off of action plans. In addition, the post holder will ensure clinical safety audits are completed in line with national programmes of work, both embedded and newly published. Additional audits will be conducted to monitor the impact of agreed actions where themes for improvement are highlighted through the governance system. Audits of local guidelines should be monitored and completed, and results and actions presented.
