Are you passionate about high-quality care environments and motivated by supporting safe, clean, and well-maintained clinical areas? We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable NSC Environmental Auditor to join our Hotel Services team within East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Main Duties
- Help ensure our hospitals provide a safe, clean and compliant environment for patients, staff and visitors.
- Work closely with the Infection Prevention & Control Team, Ward and Department Managers, and Estates & Facilities colleagues.
- Carry out environmental audits, support quality improvement activity, and provide accurate and timely reporting across our sites.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Essential: Good general standard of general education including Maths and English
- Desirable: ECDL or similar IT qualification
Experience
- Essential: Previous working experience with demonstrable transferable skills
- Essential: Recent keyboard and computer experience
- Desirable: Experience of working within Healthcare Services
- Desirable: Ability and knowledge of quality control/assessing and ability to use monitoring tools after training
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Essential: Computer skills including database and spreadsheets

- Essential: Ability to work on own initiative/autonomously
