Other responsibilities include supporting the Head of Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance by ensuring that a coordinated approach to managing the clinical audit programme and escalation of risks is done in a timely manner. The successful candidate will oversee participation in national clinical audits and co‑ordinate high‑level summaries of national clinical audit activity providing comparative analysis of Trust performance to relevant Trust committees.
In addition to coordinating, facilitating and managing numerous clinical audit projects from a wide range of specialities; this will incorporate project design, data collection and analysis, report writing and presentation of completed projects. Coordinate Trust wide clinical audit activity ensuring clinical audit results are distributed widely to all relevant clinical specialities and provide support in the development and implementation of subsequent action plans.
