Finance Manager – Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The role supports a high‑performing finance team in partnership with clinical and operational colleagues, providing analytical support for budget setting, finance reporting and decision‑making. Responsibilities
- Set budgets for the Directorates in line with Trust policies and processes.
- Prepare and review period‑end finance reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness and relevance for Board briefings.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data within finance reports and directorate budget reports through review and analysis before dissemination.
- Develop and present financial information to the Divisional Board and other users, employing strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Reduce reporting timelines as required by the Head of Finance and the Finance Director.
- Provide timely, sound financial advice to Directorates, enabling informed cost decisions.
