Qualifications and Training

  • General education to GCSE standard including English and Maths Grades A-C/4-9 or equivalent
  • Good Level of IT skills Microsoft Office/Excel essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a customer/patient facing NHS environment.
