Health Innovation East has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Operations team.

Hours of work: 37.5hrs/week (full time)

A bit more about the role:

The Central Operations team manages Health Innovation East’s internal processes and systems, providing a comprehensive support service and assurance function to the business. The team works closely with senior management, project managers, and corporate services (such as finance and human resources) to provide operational oversight and support, across a variety of areas including contracting, resource management and project assurance.

As Operations Coordinator, the post holder will support the Operations Manager to respond to the day-to-day operational needs of the business. The post holder will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks;
  • Flexibility to respond to business needs as they emerge, and adapt to different types of work;
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent relationship management skills, to liaise with internal teams and external partners as required.
