Health in Mind is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Midlothian Recovery Services within our South Services Team. You will ensure day-to-day delivery of Recovery Peer Support, Peer Connecting, hostels, groups and training, while supporting staff and volunteers with lived experience of recovery.
You will develop staff, supervise teams, and collaborate with external partners to meet service KPIs.
