Health in Mind is seeking a Development Worker – Engagement Pathways to oversee and grow pathways into services for people facing mental health challenges.

The role involves enquiries, initial conversations, risk assessment, and ongoing reviews across Edinburgh, Midlothian and the Scottish Borders.

The successful candidate will contribute to staff development and supervision while maintaining service quality.

This is a community-focused role working across our Edinburgh-based services.
