Development Worker – Engagement Pathways
We are recruiting for the post of Development Worker – Engagement Pathways to lead and develop our pathways into services for people with mental health challenges.
The role involves enquiries, initial conversations, risk assessment, baseline outcome measures, reviews and completion of services.
The successful candidate will support individuals throughout their journey across our services in Edinburgh, Midlothian and the Scottish Borders and contribute to staff development and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop service pathways, including enquiries, initial conversations, risk assessment, baseline outcome measures, reviews, and endings.
- Support the journey of people through our services in Edinburgh, Midlothian and the Scottish Borders.
- Maintain quality within this area of service delivery and represent our services within Health in Mind.
- Have an impact on staff development and supervision.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with people experiencing mental health problems to support them to achieve their aims related to mental health and wellbeing.
- Experience developing systems and processes, and sharing learning experiences across teams.
