EAP Telephone Counsellor Hybrid Role - GLASGOW

Salary range £26,000 to £30,000 based on full time hours of 37.5. Part time hours will be pro rata salary.

We are looking for fully qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapists to join us on a part time basis and are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our EAP Clinical Team.

You will be:

  • Carrying out Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways.
  • Delivering a range of support in our Pathway, which involves Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support or Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.
  • Carrying out Risk Assessments and following the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.
  • Managing a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling, which will depend on your contractual hours, as well as the needs of the clients.
