An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Skills Education Facilitator to join Health Hero Integrated Care on a 12-hour per month basis.

This role will support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of clinical skills education across our services.

This is a key role within our clinical education and workforce development provision, supporting safe, effective and high-quality patient care by ensuring clinicians have the knowledge, skills and confidence required to deliver care across a variety of settings.

The role will also act as a bridge between clinical, operational and governance teams, helping to promote a culture of learning, quality improvement and patient safety.

About the role As Clinical Skills Education Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, evaluating and improving clinical skills training programmes aligned to organisational priorities, service requirements and best practice.

The role will involve supporting clinicians across a range of practitioner groups through teaching, coaching, mentorship, supervision and competency assessment.

You will help identify learning needs through audit findings, incident trends, feedback, governance themes and service developments, ensuring education is targeted, relevant and responsive to operational and clinical priorities.
