As a premier provider of training and qualifications in the active leisure industry, Health and Fitness Education (HFE) offers a comprehensive selection of fitness-related programs throughout the UK, including a wide range of fully-accredited industry qualifications.

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-orientated fitness professional(s) to join our existing team of Learner Support Tutors. While we’re inviting applications from all industry professionals, we’re especially keen to source applications from those qualified and experienced in group/studio-based exercise.

You will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ fitness industry experience (Essential)
  • Qualification to at least Level 3 in your respective discipline (Essential)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and an ability to motivate others (Essential)
  • A good command of basic IT (managing emails, word processing etc) (Essential)
  • Organised, intrinsically motivated and focused on excellence (Essential)

The successful candidate will primarily be employed at our offices in Chorley, Lancashire. Learner Support Tutors are primarily responsible for providing ongoing tuition, support and guidance to facilitate students in the achievement of their respective qualification(s).

The successful applicant(s) will be rewarded with a salary of £27,250 per annum (inclusive of performance related pay), 22 days paid holidays, plus bank holidays. The company operates a holiday bonus programme, where 1 extra day’s holiday is accrued for every year of service.

As one of the UK’s most respected training providers in the active leisure sector, we’re seeking passionate and professional group exercise professionals to join our expanding team of Learning Support Coaches responsible for mentoring and supporting the next generation of group exercise instructors.

We are especially keen to receive applications from candidates who have experience and qualifications in teaching Pilates, either matwork or reformer, to support our matwork and reformer Pilates training provision.
