Learner Support Coach – Personal Training Qualifications – Chorley

Responsibilities
- Provide remote learning support services (phone, email, video calls, marking) to students completing our personal training qualifications.
- Manage a caseload of learners, delivering ongoing tuition, support, and career guidance to facilitate qualification achievement and support career progression as professional personal trainers.
- Work primarily from our Chorley, Lancashire offices with opportunities to deliver additional vocational and professional qualifications and contribute to course development, marketing and resource creation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 12 months’ personal training experience and qualification to at least Level 3 (Essential).
- Strong subject knowledge in anatomy, exercise programming and nutrition science (Essential).
- Strong communication skills, empathy and ability to motivate others (Essential).
- Good command of basic IT (email, word processing, etc.) (Essential).
- Organised, intrinsically motivated and focused on excellence (Essential).
Pay and Benefits
- Starting salary of £27,250 per annum (inclusive of performance-related pay).
- 22 days’ paid holidays plus bank holidays, with a holiday bonus programme (1 extra day’s holiday accrued per year of service).

Location
The successful candidate will be based at our offices in Chorley, Lancashire, with additional remote support responsibilities as required.
