Our Career Coaches work primarily on the phone, or occasionally via Zoom, supporting the next generation of fitness professionals to identify appropriate training, qualifications and opportunities to pursue in the health and fitness sector. Our Career Coaches are passionate and energetic professionals that genuinely care about helping our students to overcome their fears and anxieties about changing careers and joining the fitness profession.
They are focused and target driven, striving every day to support as many people as they can to realise their potential and take those all-important first steps. Career Coaches are team players that are committed to raising standards throughout the company.
Most of our Career Coaches have a strong background in the health and fitness sector, although this is not a deal breaker for passionate and positive people with the right skills, because full on the job training will be provided.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £21,000 per annum plus commission, with a realistic OTE of £26-28k and the opportunity to earn more. Additionally, they will also have access to enhanced annual leave for continued service and will be eligible to undertake any of the company’s training and qualifications.

Responsibilities include:
- Engage with potential students to establish their future career ambitions and training needs.
- Match potential students with appropriate training and qualification opportunities to help them realise their career ambitions and goals.
- Provide positive, engaging, and accurate career advice, guidance and support to potential students interested in joining the fitness profession, in-line with training provided.
- Process enrolments and initiate the onboarding of new students, providing effective handover to support colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customers and prospects using company systems and software.
- Maintain high levels of activity, in-line with targets and KPIs set.
- Participate in training and development activities on a weekly basis to improve own quality of service and support to prospective students.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events as required.
- Support marketing colleagues to identify opportunities to collaborate on content that will raise the profile and reputation of the company.
- Develop and maintain career-centric materials, processes, and procedures (as required).
- Actively seek opportunities and markets to promote company products and services in line with targets/KPIs set.
- Develop and maintain a rich understanding of the company and competitor products and services.
