Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Primary Care Manager to join the Strategic Workforce Plan for Primary Care team as a Workforce Development Manager. This national role will provide expert oversight and leadership for actions focused on the development of the primary care administrative and support staff workforce. It offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of this vital workforce across Wales. This post is being offered for a fixed term period.
Responsibilities
- Rolling out and embedding the Practice Manager Framework across Wales
- Driving engagement and uptake across primary care
