The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join HEIW's finance team as Head of Financial Resources. The role will support the Deputy Director of Finance in drafting the Finance plan for the Integrated Medium Term Plan and developing and managing the Resource plan for this ambitious and dynamic national organisation. The Head of Financial Resources will be a key senior post within the Finance team and will take the lead in providing financial management support to the Finance Business Partners in the management and delivery of HEIW's Financial Plan.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a range of national development projects in support of HEIW's strategic aims, involving senior level engagement across the Organisation.
- Provide advice on financial performance, accounting standards and financial controls within the area of responsibility, including communicating sensitive, complex or contentious information to both finance and non-finance staff.
- Full line management responsibility for direct reports, including management of sickness absence, performance appraisal, recruitment and staff development.
- Provide highly complex and sensitive information to the Executive Team and HEIW Board, including the Director of Finance.
