Role Overview Key responsibilities: -To effectively lead, develop and motivate a team to successfully deliver the Careline services. -To show clear ownership and accountability for the efficient workflow and delivery of team outcomes and client relationships. -To support delivery of expertise across all business service channels, through effective leading, coaching, quality assurance processes and training and development.
