Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with all Team Leaders to ensure all teams are up to speed with current best practice and delivering to the required standards.
  • Provide clinical support to case managers and the wider business within expert field and participate in MDT reviews where required.
  • Ensure the team have a thorough understanding of what is in/out of scope for each client.
