As Team Leader, you’ll support and guide a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, care that helps individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding rehabilitation-focused care.
- Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and safeguarding standards.
