Senior Occupational Therapist Duties:
- Lead on assessing and delivering person-centred rehabilitation plans as part of a skilled multi-disciplinary team
- Support, supervise, and guide junior staff in their clinical development
- Ensure high standards of care and maintain clinical accountability
- Collaborate closely with health and social care professionals to coordinate effective therapy
- Oversee the provision and appropriate use of therapy equipment
- Contribute to ongoing service improvement and best practice

Senior Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- HCPC registration – current and valid
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy (BSc or equivalent)

- Experience in a relevant clinical setting is desirable – this can include student placements or supervised practice
