They offer the highest standards of residential and dementia care. The Registered Manager will manage the elderly dementia care home with 20+ residents, providing respite, dementia, and residential care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, effective care
- Protect residents from harm and abuse
- Manage risk for service users
- Ensure proper medication management
- Conduct quality and safety checks
- Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications
- Assess and meet residents' dietary needs
- Promote social activities
