Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Healthcare Clinical is recruiting a Registered Manager for a reputable care provider with over 90% of their homes rated "Good" by CQC. They offer the highest standards of residential and dementia care. The Registered Manager will manage the elderly dementia care home with 20+ residents, providing respite, dementia, and residential care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, effective care
  • Protect residents from harm and abuse
  • Manage risk for service users
  • Ensure proper medication management
  • Conduct quality and safety checks
  • Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications
  • Assess and meet residents' dietary needs
