Hours: Full-time – mixed Clinical and supernumerary

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the nursing and care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person‑centred care. Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide professional leadership as the Clinical Lead, offering hands‑on guidance, mentoring staff, and influencing best practices to maintain high standards of care.
  • Coordinate and oversee the assessment of referrals, admissions, and discharges, ensuring a seamless transition for individuals accessing the service.
  • Lead on Quality Assurance Audits and Clinical Governance, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policies and relevant legislation while monitoring care outcomes.
  • Lead and supervise the nursing and support team in delivering individualised care, fostering collaboration with service users, carers, and families.

  • 2+ years' experience in a senior nursing or management role within elderly care.
