Training and Recruitment Consultant is a professional sales role which can often be quite tough and demanding. For the right person, it is also very rewarding and exciting and can provide an excellent career as well as excellent earning potential.
Responsibilities
Deal with warm leads.
Go through CVs to identify individuals who need mandatory training in different areas of work.
Place individuals on training.
Develop business with new clients over the phone.
Attend business meetings with new and existing clients.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business.
Source candidates to match clients\’ recruitment needs.
Negotiate offers between clients and candidates.
Qualifications
Good English is essential; excellent written and spoken English is a must.
Any/Some telesales experience or selling on the phone is a must.
Experience: Required.
Languages: English – Advanced.
Employment Details
Employment: Full-time.
Schedule: Part Time and Full time available.
Starting time: Immediate start!
Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Compensation: 100% commission-based position; earnings are directly linked to performance.
