We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Door Supervisor/Security professional to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, maintaining a secure environment, and providing excellent customer service. Your proactive approach will help prevent incidents, manage crowds effectively, and uphold the safety standards of our venue. Responsibilities
- Control access to the venue by verifying identification and checking tickets or passes for all guests, staff, and contractors.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the premises and identify potential security issues.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid when required and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
- Enforce venue policies and manage crowd control during busy periods or special events to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify hazards, check security equipment, and maintain overall safety standards.
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and ongoing security assessments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, surveillance, or loss prevention roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques to monitor activity effectively.
